1. Acceptance By accessing Privacy Gateway and using our platform, requesting or using the virtual prepaid VISA card, and/or any associated service, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or the card.
2. Service Privacy Gateway offers virtual prepaid VISA cards funded with cryptocurrency and converted to USD for use at merchants. Privacy Gateway is not a bank, financial institution, or card issuer. The card is issued and managed by licensed third-party providers.
3. Eligibility To use this service you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to your use of the service in your jurisdiction. All information you provide must be truthful, complete, and current.
4. User Responsibility You are solely and exclusively responsible for all use of the card and platform. You assume full responsibility for any fraudulent or illegal use of the card, impersonation or use of third-party data, and violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You agree to hold Privacy Gateway harmless from any claims, penalties, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from your conduct.
5. Prohibited Use The card and platform may only be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or identity theft, transactions subject to international sanctions, unauthorized gambling, and any activity that violates applicable law or these Terms.
6. Crypto Funding & Conversion Only cryptocurrencies and networks listed in the platform at any given time are accepted. Sending via an unsupported network or asset may result in total and unrecoverable loss of funds. You are responsible for verifying the asset, network, and address before sending. Crypto deposits are converted to USD for card use at the rate displayed in the payment flow. Once a deposit is confirmed and converted to card balance, it cannot be withdrawn as cryptocurrency or fiat, cannot be refunded, and is available exclusively as card spending balance. You acknowledge that cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and that Privacy Gateway is not responsible for losses resulting from price fluctuations, network congestion, or third-party failures.
7. Fees A loading fee applies to each card top-up and is deducted from the crypto amount received. No hidden fees apply to USD purchases. Applicable fees and conversion rates are displayed in the platform. Merchants or third-party providers may apply independent charges outside Privacy Gateway's control.
8. Subscription & Card Access A subscription fee is charged once per month. Users are not obligated to continue using or topping up the card. If the card runs out of credit, subscription fees will not be charged until the card is reloaded. When the card is reloaded, any outstanding subscription fees will be collected, and card usage will resume once the balance is sufficient.
9. Access Hash Your access hash is the sole method to access your card. You are fully responsible for storing it securely.
10. Suspension & Cancellation You may request cancellation of the card through the platform. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access without prior notice in cases of non-compliance with these Terms, legal or regulatory requirements, or operational and security risk. Cards inactive for an extended period may be cancelled. Cancellation may result in the inability to recover balances per issuer rules.
11. Third-Party Dependence Privacy Gateway depends on third parties such as card issuers, payment processors, and blockchain networks. We do not control these services and are not responsible for interruptions or failures. Use of these services is at your own risk.
12. Security You are responsible for the security of your crypto wallets, custody of your private keys, and protection of your access credentials. Privacy Gateway implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures but does not guarantee absolute system invulnerability. You use the platform at your own digital security risk.
13. Limitation of Liability Privacy Gateway provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Card will be accepted by all merchants or in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations when accessing or using the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privacy Gateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, network failures, third-party interruptions, blockchain congestion, market volatility, or events beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall Privacy Gateway's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
14. Privacy Privacy Gateway is committed to protecting user privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide the service, including name, email address, phone number (if provided), transaction data, and card identifiers. We do not sell user data. Data is shared only with card issuers and payment processors as required to operate the service.
15. Intellectual Property The platform, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and content are the property of Privacy Gateway or its licensors. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written authorization is not permitted.
16. Modifications We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
17. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of Privacy Gateway.

Keep in mind that for online purchases, each merchant sets their own rules: if they only accept credit cards or local bank cards, there's nothing we can do about that.

Yes. If you return a product, the refund goes back to your card balance. You may also see "REV" entries in your transaction history — these are reversals, where a previously authorized charge was cancelled before it settled.

Welcome to Privacy Gateway. These Terms govern access to and use of the platform, including the acquisition of virtual prepaid cards loaded via cryptocurrency. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.
Privacy Gateway offers services related to the acquisition of virtual reloadable prepaid cards funded via cryptocurrency. The user acknowledges that: cryptocurrencies are highly volatile assets; blockchain transactions are irreversible; card use depends on third-party issuers.
3.1 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise provided, these Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Wyoming.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions
The user is responsible for complying with the regulations of their jurisdiction. Access may be restricted in certain countries.
4. User Requirements
The user declares that they: are over 18 years of age; have legal capacity to contract; and will use the service in accordance with applicable law. The user agrees to provide a valid email address and accurate cardholder name.
5. KYC / AML Compliance
Privacy Gateway may require identity verification (KYC) at any time. The user warrants that they will provide real, valid, and current documentation and will not use false or third-party identities. The user assumes full and exclusive responsibility for the truthfulness of information provided. Privacy Gateway will not be liable for legal consequences arising from false information. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any account or transaction in cases of: incorrect or false information; fraud suspicion; or regulatory non-compliance.
6. User Responsibility
The user acknowledges and accepts that they are solely and exclusively responsible for the use of cards acquired through Privacy Gateway. The user assumes full responsibility for: improper, fraudulent, or illegal use of cards; identity fraud or use of third-party data; and non-compliance with applicable laws. Privacy Gateway is not responsible under any circumstances for improper, fraudulent, or illegal use of cards. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Privacy Gateway and its collaborators against any claim, penalty, damage, loss, or cost (including legal fees) arising from their conduct.
7. Payments & Cryptocurrency
Payments are made exclusively in cryptocurrency. The user acknowledges that: transactions cannot be reversed; they are responsible for sending funds correctly; there are no refunds unless legally required. Once funds have been deposited and converted to card balance: they cannot be withdrawn as cryptocurrency or fiat; they cannot be refunded; they will be available exclusively as card balance. The user accepts that any amount charged to the card is subject to the issuer's conditions and may only be used through the card itself.
8. Subscription & Card Access
A subscription fee is charged once per month. Users are not obligated to continue using or topping up the card. If the card runs out of credit, subscription fees will not be charged until the card is reloaded. When the card is reloaded, any outstanding subscription fees will be collected, and card usage will resume once the balance is sufficient.
9. Card Delivery
Cards are exclusively virtual. They are delivered digitally. No physical shipments exist.
10. Transaction Limits
Daily, weekly, and monthly spending limits may apply. Limits may vary based on risk profile, verification status, usage history, or issuer/regulatory requirements. Consult the platform for current applicable limits.
11. Card Inactivity & Cancellation
If a card remains inactive for a prolonged period, we may cancel it for operational or compliance reasons. Balances linked to cancelled prepaid cards may be affected in accordance with the program and issuer rules. You may request voluntary cancellation of your card at any time by contacting support.
12. Third-Party Dependency
The user acknowledges that Privacy Gateway depends on third parties for service delivery, including but not limited to: card issuers; financial institutions; payment processors; and blockchain networks. Privacy Gateway does not control those services and is not responsible for: interruptions; technical failures; account or card blocks; or decisions made by those third parties. The user accepts that use of these external services is at their own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
Privacy Gateway provides the service "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee: continuous or uninterrupted availability; error-free operation; permanent access to the service; or that cards will be accepted in all merchants, platforms, or countries. Privacy Gateway shall not be liable for: service interruptions; third-party failures; connectivity issues; payment rejections; limitations imposed by issuers, payment networks, or merchants; direct or indirect economic losses; or lost profits. In no event shall Privacy Gateway's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user.
14. Prohibited Activities
The card and platform may only be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include: money laundering; terrorist financing; fraud; transactions subject to international sanctions; unauthorized gambling; and any activity that violates applicable law or these Terms.
15. Service Suspension
We may suspend or cancel accounts without prior notice in cases of: non-compliance; legal risk; or suspicious activity.
16. Security
The user is responsible for: the security of their wallets; custody of their private keys; and protection of their access credentials. Privacy Gateway does not guarantee the system's invulnerability. The user accepts that services may be affected by technical failures, cyberattacks, or interruptions. Privacy Gateway is not responsible for: hacks; unauthorized access; data theft; or loss of information. The user uses the platform at their own digital security risk.
17. Disputes & Chargebacks
Disputes regarding card purchases are governed by the rules of the card scheme and issuer. You must follow the procedures and deadlines indicated. On-chain reloads may be irreversible. We may request supporting documentation to manage claims.
18. No Financial Advice
We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.
19. Cooperation with Authorities
We may share information with authorities when required by law.
20. Severability
If any provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver thereof.
21. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
